1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 7000com platform at https://7000com.club (the "Platform"), you (the "Player" or "User") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms in full.

This Agreement is entered into between you and 7000com (the "Operator", "we", "us", or "our"). The Platform is operated as an English-language online casino and sports betting service designed specifically for adult players residing in Bangladesh. All communications from the Operator, including these Terms & Conditions, are provided in English.

7000com reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice on the Platform. 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to the 7000com Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain an account on 7000com:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended account on the 7000com Platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or immediate family member of a 7000com employee or contractor in a role with access to Platform systems.
• You are not acting in a professional capacity as a gambler for the purposes of making a systematic income from the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited under local law, and you take full personal responsibility for determining your own legal position.

7000com reserves the right to request identity documentation from any player at any time for the purpose of verifying age, identity, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account restriction and suspension of withdrawal functionality.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 7000com — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on the 7000com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by any single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be permanently closed and all funds, including deposits and accrued winnings, may be forfeited at 7000com's sole discretion.

• You must provide your real legal name — nicknames, aliases, and pseudonyms are not accepted for account registration purposes.
• Your registered mobile number must be a valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Your email address must be valid and accessible — account communications, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts, are sent by email.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. 7000com will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You must notify 7000com immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access, operate, or place bets from your 7000com account — is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7000com Platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and the crediting of bonus funds — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process.

7000com supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment channels may vary at any time and is subject to change without prior notice. • The minimum deposit amount on 7000com is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are credited to your 7000com account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds from your payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for mobile financial services such as bKash and Nagad.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing by 7000com support. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

7000com reserves the right to reverse any deposit and return funds to their source in cases where the Platform reasonably suspects that a transaction is fraudulent, involves a stolen payment instrument, or is associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

7000com offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players in Bangladesh, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are credited in ৳ BDT and are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion.

The following general bonus terms apply to all 7000com promotions unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (e.g., new players only, minimum deposit required, specific game type) are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is 20x (twenty times) the total bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering. Live casino games and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The specific contribution rates for each promotion are published in the promotion terms.

• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account is classified as duplicate account abuse and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 7000com Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

• Underage gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by an underage person.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one 7000com account, regardless of whether different personal details or payment methods are used.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or identity verification, or impersonating any other person or entity.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform for any transaction that constitutes, facilitates, or is intended to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or collusion with other players to unfairly access promotional funds.
• Automated play: Using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with any game, betting market, or Platform function on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games or poker variants to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping and pre-arranged play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider for a legitimate 7000com transaction.
• Hacking and exploitation: Attempting to access Platform systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation, or exploiting software vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication toward 7000com staff or other players via any channel.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed, 7000com reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold, void, or forfeit any balance, bonus, or winnings; report the activity to relevant authorities; and pursue civil or criminal remedies available under applicable law.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Either party — the Player or 7000com — may close a 7000com account at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out below.

Player-initiated closure: If you wish to close your 7000com account voluntarily, please contact [email protected] with a written request. Before the account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳500) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Pending bets will be settled according to their normal outcome, and settled winnings credited to your account for withdrawal before closure is finalised.

Self-exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, you may request a self-exclusion period through the responsible gaming tools in your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications from 7000com. Operator-initiated closure: 7000com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account is associated with prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The account holder has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to 7000com.
• 7000com is required to close the account by a regulatory, legal, or court order.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7000com, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, however caused and on any theory of liability.

7000com makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability. 7000com will use reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

• 7000com is not responsible for any financial losses arising from delayed or failed deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• 7000com is not responsible for any losses arising from your use of an unsecured device, network, or public Wi-Fi connection to access the Platform.
• In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by statute, 7000com's liability to you shall be limited to the total value of real-money deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.
• Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit 7000com's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You assume full responsibility for your decision to use 7000com and for all outcomes resulting from your betting and gaming activity on the Platform.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

7000com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to bonus wagering requirements, withdrawal limits, or player eligibility rules — 7000com will publish a notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, send a notification to registered players by email.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at https://7000com.club/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement, and any disputes arising from or in connection with it or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 7000com operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the 7000com support team shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the severed provision.
